Once your 3SIEE Foods order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number and the courier name.
How to Track Your Parcel
- Check your email inbox (and spam/junk folder) for your dispatch confirmation from 3SIEE Foods
- Find your tracking number in the email
- Click the tracking link provided, or visit the courier's website and enter your tracking number

Have Not Received a Tracking Email?
If it has been more than 24 hours since your expected dispatch date and you have not received a tracking email:
- Check your spam or junk mail folder
- Ensure the email address on your order is correct
- Contact us at 3sieeinnovationsltd@gmail.com with your order number

Parcel Not Arrived?
If your estimated delivery date has passed and your parcel has not arrived, please contact us immediately at 3sieeinnovationsltd@gmail.com with your order number so we can investigate with the courier.
