We deliver quality African groceries across the UK. Here is everything you need to know before you order.
No weekend delivery. All orders placed on Thursday AFTER 12 noon will be dispatched on Monday UNLESS it is express delivery.
Delivery Areas
We deliver to all mainland UK postcodes. Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, and Channel Islands may take longer and may carry additional charges. Contact us before ordering to confirm.

Working days: Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. Orders placed before 12pm are processed the same day where possible.
Frozen Food Delivery
Frozen products including meat, fish, poultry and frozen vegetables are packed carefully to help protect product quality during transit.
Important: Please ensure someone is available to receive frozen deliveries. We cannot be responsible for frozen or fresh products left unattended after delivery.
Fresh Vegetable Delivery
Fresh African vegetables are dispatched promptly for maximum freshness. We recommend refrigerating or using fresh produce quickly after delivery.
Order Tracking
Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and courier details where available. If you have not received tracking information within 24 hours of your expected dispatch date, please contact us.
Missed Deliveries
If no one is available at the time of delivery, the courier may leave a card with rescheduling or collection instructions. Act promptly for frozen and fresh orders.
Delivery Issues
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or significantly delayed, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of any damaged items.
