Returns & Refunds Policy
At 3SIEE Foods, we take quality seriously. If something is not right with your order, we will review it and do our best to make it right.
Perishable & Frozen Products
Due to the nature of fresh and frozen food products, we are unable to accept returns on perishable items including fresh vegetables, frozen meat, fish, and poultry. This is for food safety and hygiene reasons.
However, if your product arrives damaged, leaking, unsuitable because of a courier or packaging issue, or significantly different from what was described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos.
Non-Perishable Products
For non-perishable groceries such as tins, dry goods, seasonings and beverages, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery if the item is unopened, unused, in original condition, and returned in original packaging.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.
Wrong or Missing Items
If you receive incorrect items or your order is incomplete, contact us within 48 hours. We will review and arrange a replacement, credit or refund where appropriate.

Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Bank processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
